Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Starting Pay: Hourly with the option of commission. Hourly pay for experienced stylists with a clientele ranges from $18-$45 an hour. 20% commission on all hair extension sales.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in a Salon Environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and maintaining hair extensions.
- Engage in continuous learning and be open to trying innovative techniques and styles.
- Build and maintain your client base through excellent service and active social media engagement.
- Contribute positively to team discussions and initiatives, sharing knowledge and skills to help colleagues grow.
- Uphold the salon’s high standards and core values in all interactions and operations.
Qualifications:
- A valid cosmetology license.
- At least two years of professional experience in a salon setting.
- Proven track record of building a client base and social media presence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
