As a Co-Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in our team while advancing through our comprehensive Co-Stylist Academy.
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
As a Co-Stylist, your primary focus is to support our team, maintain salon standards, and enhance guest experiences, all while absorbing knowledge and skills like a sponge. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about personal and professional growth, thrive on teamwork, and are committed to excellence in every aspect of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the salon’s operational standards and systems, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for guests and staff (GATES system). Guest, Atmosphere, Team, Essentials, Side work.
- Engage actively in learning and development opportunities within our Co-Stylist Academy.
- Provide stellar support to senior stylists and staff, assisting with various salon tasks as needed.
- Maintain a strong presence on the salon floor, adhering to the 80/20 visibility rule to maximize guest interactions and operational efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all guests feel valued and well-cared for.
- Embrace a culture of feedback, actively seeking out and providing constructive insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license or currently acquiring one; a shampoo license is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Compensation:
- Starting pay at $12 per hour with potential increases as you advance through our Co-Stylist Academy.

- Protégé Session: Participate in specialized training sessions where you’ll shadow experienced stylists, gaining hands-on experience and insight into professional styling techniques and client interactions.
- Co-Stylist Session: Engage in collaborative sessions where you’ll practice and refine your skills.
