Please notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% charge of the booked service and a $25 non-refundable rescheduling fee.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service booked.
We send text confirmations 4-7 days before your appointment. Opt-in by replying “Y” to receive these. Prompt confirmations help us manage our schedule efficiently.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or canceled, with possible fees applied at the discretion of salon management.
