A valid Ohio cosmetology license, and/or if in school a shampoo license to intern or 1000 hours in school.
Once you fill out an application we will reach out to you within a couple of business days via text message.
We are open Monday-Friday.

Our hiring process begins with an initial text message exchange to set the stage for open communication.
This is followed by a phone call to discuss mutual expectations.
Next, we invite you to a casual coffee meeting, allowing us to get to know each other better in a relaxed environment.
Finally, we schedule two shadowing sessions, giving you a real feel for working with our team and the daily operations at our salon.
At Art of Impact Salon & Spa, we offer a comprehensive and meticulously designed academy program lasting between 6 to 9 months.
As a participant, you will work closely with a lead stylist, actively engaging in hair services to gain maximum hands-on experience. This approach ensures you receive ample repetition and guidance, accelerating your readiness to confidently perform on the salon floor.
We are committed to equipping you quickly and efficiently with the skills needed to excel in your career.
We don’t believe in working weekends, our salon open hours consist of:
- Monday 12-8
- Tuesday 10-8
- Wednesday 10-8
- Thursday 10-8
- Friday 10-5
