Split Investment
The investment for hair extensions is typically split into two payments. The first payment is non-refundable and covers the cost of ordering your hair. Once we have your hair purchased, it’s non-refundable. The second payment is for the installation, which you’ll pay on the day of your appointment.
Ongoing Maintenance
We’ll also discuss the ongoing maintenance of your extensions, including move-ups and reinstalls. Move-ups are necessary to maintain the integrity of your extensions as your hair grows. Reinstalls involve completely removing the extensions, refreshing the color if needed, and reapplying them.
